Our Services
ICEI Services Include:
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary evaluations for Pre-K through 12th grade students referred by their caregivers, school districts, or agencies. Evaluations for the following concerns can be referred to the clinic:
- Autism spectrum disorder diagnostic evaluations and intervention support plans to implement in school settings
- Comprehensive evaluations and intervention support plans for students with co-occurring and/or complex conditions
- Functional behavior assessments and function-based support plans for students with serious problem behaviors that have not responded to interventions
- Coaching support and follow-up for implementation of interventions
- Consultation services to school districts and families that may include the following:
- Brief school-based consultations related to intervention development for referred students
- Participation in school-based multi-system of support teams (e.g., RtI) for problem-solving purposes
- Family-based consultations to provide evidence-based information, supports, and links to services that will enhance student school success
- Practicum training placements for USF graduate students in a variety of disciplines including applied behavior analysis, school psychology, psychology, and social work.
- Professional development, workshops, and training presentations for families, community agencies, and educational personnel.
ICEI services do NOT include:
- Replication of services already available to students in school districts
- Direct individual therapies (e.g., discrete trial training, individual counseling)
- Prescription for medications
- Medical evaluations
- Forensic evaluations
- Advocacy
