Erica Milor

Certified Behavior Analystt

Dr. Erica Milor is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Interdisciplinary Center for Evaluation and Intervention. She earned a Ph.D. in Special Education at USF, a M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University and her Bachelor’s degree in Exceptional Education from Lee University. Erica has extensive experience as a special educator across varying exceptionalities and ages, as well as time working clinically as a Behavior Analyst in home and community settings. Erica is passionate about effectively and compassionately serving students, families, and school teams through the use of interdisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based methods. Her research interests include the intersection of behavior analysis and special education, mixed methods research, and empathy development in teachers.
